The Robison's

This is a website to let friends and family members know how we are doing and see how the children are growing. I thought it was a cute way to keep everyone up to date with out having to send out a lot of pictures. It's also a nice way to communicate with everyone at their leisure.

Looks like thunder clouds, but we never got heavy rain. Beautiful, though.

Rainbow

The second rainbow of the day. Look carefully over the green tree in the center of the photo.

Sunset

The sun is starting to set for the day. It's amazing that we had sun for most of the day. I am sitting outside talking to my neighbors. You can see that some kids were outside playing.

A beautiful skyline as more clouds rolled in. Rita was fast approaching the coast line at this time. She was doing her damage along Southwest Louisiana coastline at this time, and I was sitting her waiting for her to come my way. The clouds were gorgeous--just shows that nature in all it's fury can be beautiful in strange ways.

Another photo of the kids, you can see Casey's hair and see the direction of the wind by her hair. The next day, the wind changed direction. This one is presently coming from the Northeast.

Casey and Kyle in front of our tree-that survived the wind

I let the kids out for a while during the day. We had been cooped up inside for a while because of the temps. We got up to 100 degrees for 2 days prior to Hurricane Rita.

Sign

Someone didn't want Rita to come, she listened for Tomball area.

Clouds, again

I thought this looked like part of "feeder bans". You can tell that we had quite a bit of strong wind by looking at the tops of trees.

More clouds rolling in

Cloud cover

Photo of clouds from Willow Wood Junior High. Taken around 8:00 a.m. just before the winds starting picking up.
