Waiting in line to ride Thomas. We were the 2nd to last trip of the day. The weather cooperated with us-it was nice and comfortable while we waited in line. The ride was 25 min. long. Just long enough. That was the perfect ending to a wonderful day.

Thomas the Tank Engine

This is Gordon-another steam engine on the Island of Sodor.

Sir TopHam Hat. He is the "owner" of Sodor Island railways. He gives the orders to the Conductors and drivers of the trains. Kyle shook his hand and then gave him a hug. After the photo, Sir TopHam Hat pushed Casey's hat down over her face. She laughed at that.

After our ride on Thomas, we got balloons and headed home. Everyone was ready, and I am sure Thomas was tired.

We were sitting patiently waiting to take our ride. It was our first train ride. By this time we were all tired and ready to head home.

Kyle's Surprise

Kyle just realized where we were for his birthday. On Sat. Oct. 15, we took him to "A Day out with Thomas". He loves Thomas the Tank Engine, so I thought that would be a good present for him.

My nephew Andy just couldn't hang out no more. He crawled up in my lap and fell asleep. Don't you wish we could all do that on rough days?
