Update

We are not going to put that particular carpet in the bedrooms because of the cost of the carpet. As of now, we have put it off due to the decision of getting something that will stay for atleast 15 years or more.

We have painted the kitchen and removed some furniture and replaced it with recliners. We also picked out carpet for the living room and dining room areas, but are also waiting to install. We realize we can't do everything at once, as nice as it would to be try.

Here is a picture of the carpet that we are putting in the kids rooms and possibly the hallway-if we have enough, and we still haven't decided.
As you can see, it is a good contrast of the wall color. By the way-we still love the color of the walls. Please feel free to contact with any opinions.

This is a picture of the walls with the tiles by the front door. I don't know if you can tell the color of the wall, but the color is called Bagel. It's by Sherwin Williams. The carpet tile is what we are planning to lay in the kids room and the next photo may give you a better colorization of the carpet tile.

Here are some photos of the new paint that we have put inside the house. We painted the living room, dining room, hallyway to the kids room, and by the front door. We have decided to keep the tile by the front door-since it goes so well with the paint color.
