The Robison's

This is a website to let friends and family members know how we are doing and see how the children are growing. I thought it was a cute way to keep everyone up to date with out having to send out a lot of pictures. It's also a nice way to communicate with everyone at their leisure.

I will work harder in getting pictures posted in a timely manner. Sorry it has taken me so long, but with kids, work, and all that stuff, I get sidetracked. Enjoy the photos and keep checking back. I will have more to add since Christmas is upon us.

Some more photos of her.

And this is the most recent addition to our family. Keith really wanted a bigger dog, so that was his Christmas present this year. He loves this dog. Her name is Sierra and we believe that she is a Lab/German Shepard mix. It's up for discussion because her papers have it wrong. We adopted her from Tomball Pet Rescue and Keith has done wonderful work in training her on the rules of the house, yard, etc.. She is a very smart dog, and has finally relaxed and now knows that she has a loving family. The kids love having her around and she doesn't jump on them. She plays with Junior-our other dog-although she is 5 times as big as he is. The cats haven't decided if they like her or not, but she is slowly losing interest in chasing them. All in all she is a wonderful additon to the family and is definitely here to stay.
Last, but certainly not least, we stopped at McDonald's on the way home and took a picture of the kids in front of this NASCAR car. The town of Batesville, AR is the home of driver Mark Martin.

Kyle's favorite bird. The Black-Capped Chickadee. Casey loves the Cardinal bird-just like me.

The kids love to horseback ride and this year it was Keith's turn to ride with them. I do believe that all three enjoyed the ride.
Another shot--along with the flash from the camera
We went to another fish hatchery and I took this picture just for Mom and Mike. It is an Albino Catfish--a pretty good size one at that.
This is a picture of a waterfall that supplies the water for the fish. I just took this picture because I love to look at water falls and listen to the noise.
They have set up a "feeding" container with a string and when the fish pull on the string, it drops food. Then the fish have a "feeding frenzy". Here are some little ones doing just that.
We took a trip to a Rainbow Trout fish hatchery. There were several "rows" or "tanks" filled with fish. The kids were able to feed them and here are some of the larger ones eating.
Here is Gretal...she is a very beautiful cat and very playful. She and Cowboy love to play up and down the stairs. She even slept with the kids one night.

Here is a photo of a Hummingbird in flight to the feeder. There are always hummingbirds around and it is entertaining to watch them fight over the feeder.
If you look really close to the picture, you can see the tree kind of looks like a bird in flight. This is my second trip up there and I saw that. I have never seen a tree like that before. You usually see them in the clouds....

Oh, the birds....it is nice to wake up and hear the different sounds they all make. The first picture is of Keith's favorite one. It is a Gold Fince. Mine is next which is the Cardinal bird. Both of these are just two kinds that are around the house all day long.

Deer are common to see up there. Here are some at the feeder. Casey-my nature girl-loves to watch them.
We also find time to go swimming. The kids are what we call "fish" because they love the water so much. Here Keith is trying to get Kyle used to diving, and eventually getting him in without floaties.
And here is Casey spinning Kyle while he is flying his "airplane".
As always, whenever we go somewhere, we find a park. The kids loved the merry go round this year.
And there he is...in the water....but with company. Both kids are with Grampy.
Nana and Grampy with Kyle having an ice cream snack at the beach. Nana is saying something to Grampy......maybe she is telling him he needs to be in the water??

A little out of order, but you can see the kids have a wonderful time in the river. Both of them love to play in the water at any time, anywhere.

And here they are....both taking their turns.

Keith is out in the water in the kayak. He enjoyed paddling around in it. Casey and Kyle each took a turn in it.
Here is Casey at the beach on vacation. They also love going there and chasing the fish in the water. Casey is a wonderful fisher, so she really enjoyed this day.
Casey and Kyle playing in the river. They loved playing in the water. Next time, we will bring them there more often.
O.k. here is Keith and Kyle in the river while we are in Arkansas this year for vacation. I know I have been a little behind in posting pictures, but here it is...
